I suck at these things.
I'm 16 years old, male, and I really recently got tired of being called "The Fatty" around school and life. So, I started the year (December 28th) at 232lbs and now, 4 months later, I'm proud to be a happy 187lbs. I cut all my junk food and microwavable food out of my diet and started eating Smart-Ones for lunch instead of school food. I also go the Gym 6 times a week for 2 hours. It's really time to get my life back in order (Plus, just dating perks).
I'm still on my way to my overall goal of 175lbs by summer time.
