Hi
Im a Minnesota Mom with 2 kids , 8 and 12. I need to lose 120lbs. Im in week 4 of my New Lifestyle, (not saying diet) lost about 1 1/2 lbs so far :(

so time to crack down and get stricter. Thought posting my help ?
 
Well, aside from the spammer responding to your post, (moderator, please consider the post flagged) there are some actual "non-magic-pill" types of things to try. But before we do that, you probably should tell us what you are doing now, if your lifestyle really is new.
That way we can see some idea of what is going on. Diet? Exercise? Other stuff?

The diary section might help you...by starting one of your own, and by reading others. They can offer a lot of insight.
