I don't know what to say, so I'll just give you the straight facts... I'm an overweight housewife/student, three children, and more going on than I care to get into at this point.
I have always been on the yo-yo. I have experienced thinness and miss it, but have finally settled with reality that fitting into a size 10 will never happen again, however, fitting into an 18 isn't exactly fun. My weight has affected every facet of my life. My love life has suffered, my social life has suffered and my waistline is suffering (*cups hand to ear* can't you hear it sobbing? LOL)
Last year I managed to lose 55 lbs. I was so happy and finally able to buy clothes that I was proud to wear, but I quit smoking six months ago and ever since the scale keeps going, up, up, up. I have replaced cigarettes with anything I can get in my mouth and I need to get a handle on it, and fast!!!
Right now I'd be satisfied with getting off my duff and getting 30 minutes of walking in a day. I hope this works, or at least motivates me to do something more soon.
