Newbie checking in.
I currently weigh 187lbs and although I've lost weight in the past I've gradually managed to put it all back on, and so I've decided it's time to do something about it.
I am hoping to lose the weight at a sensible, slower pace in the hopes of keeping it off and also to avoid "getting sick of" the diet restrictions and excercise involved!
I am hoping to lose a fair amount of weight by the coming Autumn, as I am going on holiday in september and in october I go to university, and for both these things I want to feel comfortable with the way I look so that I can be confident and enjoy myself.
Overall I think I should be aim for about 140lbs... I think that would be a healthy and comfortable weight for me as I am quite big built. But I'll know what is a good weight when I reach it.
So wish me luck! I am hoping to get involved with a few of the challenges I see on here maybe, to motivate me.
