Sorry for adding more of these threads but it seems like its person by person basis and hard to tell when comparing to another person.
I am 5'11" - 6' started to work out about a month ago, fully watching my intake and taking protein shakes, EFA's via fish oil plus CLA and A multi vitamin.
I am very self conscious person to the point I don't even want to get with a woman until I have shaped myself into something worthy. I know it sounds harsh but I was a fat kid most of my life hitting 220 at 16, and since then slowly losing the weight sitting around 180-150 the last two years I lost weight just by eating "healthy" and currently sit at 150. Due to inactivity I lost muscle and noticing a lot more lately started 3-4 weeks ago going to the gym. 3 times a week of HIIT training and 4-5 days of weight lifting trying to build muscle as well.
I now give you some photo's of where I sit now.
They are labeled by what I am doing, the forced scrunch is on my knees forcing gravity to pull what I have. straight back is straight back in a chair, if I lay down and bring my shoulder blades off the ground my belly kind of pops out in the middlish where my abs of course are, but I have the grab-able fat.
Working out these past few weeks I have noticed lots of fat off my legs and I cant see any stretched skin there, also gained quite a bit of muscle in my back and biceps compared to what I used to be.
PS: If anyone can tell me what I might be in terms of morph, endo, meso or ecto. I just don't know.
Thank you anyone who replies to this. If it is loose skin should I just try to bulk fully now and cut later?
