I've been on my weight loss journey for about 4 years now.
i am 18 years old, 5'2'' and when i started losing weight i was 200 pounds.
i don't go to a gym and barely workout. Because i decided that conquering my food habits is the first step, there are still a couple occasions a week when i go completely overboard with the food. I'll always be a fat girl when it comes to food but am much improved in that area and am now 140 pounds. At 5'2'' i have concluded that an ideal and fit weight for me would be 120 pounds. But it seems as though these last 20 pounds are never going to go. I'm a student, so finding extra cash to enter a gym is kind of out of the question. I'm not much for working out so i've come up with a 20 minute workout that i do 4 days out of the week in hopes of losing more weight and more importantly, inches. so um .. hello.
