Hello newb here

Hey everyone. Here are my pics their a bit old. Mainly I want to tone my stomach for summer. What are some good work outs for that? I have stuck to strictly yoga and pilates but I'm looking for something different. I'm starting to get bored.

I know this might sound scary to you, but have you considered weight lifting? If you have any concerns regarding this, just ask. To be honest, I don't know what you are trying to do here.

You are basically asking us how you could tone your already toned stomach.

I see no fat and I see abs. You are toned.

I think what is going on here, mostly, is that you are bored. Weight lifting with a partner, perhaps? Sign up for a marathon and train for it? Join the local martial arts school?
 
I am thinking of starting up some kind of cardio-respiratory endurance training. My friend suggested joining her when she jogs in the morning. I want to try jogging but I am afraid of loosing weight. If I do take up jogging should I increase the amount of food I eat so that my energy input equals my energy output?
 
Abs are built in the kitchen, not the gym - I'd suggest checking your diet first, then your workout plan.
