Everyone is unique so that is why I would stress the bodyfat % more than a specific weight. But with some math you can figure out what that weight will be. Looks like another example to prove our point is Novak Djokovic 6'2" 176.
These elite althetes may be around 5% bodyfat?? not sure, but I get your point--which was mine as well--everyone is unique. Although I said it "seems" like all skeleton--that is not necessarily the case as these two examples show.
Another "unique" example Chuck Liddell 6'2" 205 --but allot more muscle than your average guy.

now 6'2" 165 does seem like all skeleton to me with little room for muscle--but then again we are all unique.

You're right on the spot. Anyways, you are right about that diet. Its just that I was a bit paranoid about losing weight (still am) and feared that I would cheat myself otherwise. But I am doing a 1000 cal diet now. As for the muscle building, dont you reccomend that I wait until after I lose my weight? As I am afraid that it could stop me from losing weight, by adding muscle. I could be wrong, of course. Oh, and the other thing is that I dont have access to an weights. (lol). I guess my prom date will have to be satisfied with a lean body. Muscle will be gained later for college. (Lot of expectation there...if you know what I mean) But once again, thank you so much for your advice. It wasn't late. I have an additional question for you though; when do you start noticing the weight loss aesthetically? I asked cams this as well, but I wanted more opinions. Thank you.
