yelp, all diet and weight lifting. He said that he lost a little muscle but he said it doesn't bother him because he wanted to see how hard he can go for 30 days. He lost about 4 pounds a week.

Heres his diet: "
Well today I begin my hardcore cutting routine. Here is the Projected Schedule. I will lower carb intake and up protein even more after 2 weeks. Probably will have a refeed carb day once a week. Currently about 2100-2300 cals a day.


9:30 - Wake, 30 G Whey Protein (25 mg Ephedra, 200 mg Caffein, and 1000 mg Green Tea Extract)

9:55 - 10g BCAA?s

10:00 - 4.2 Mile Walk

11:15 - 1 Cup Oats, 1 Scoop Muscle Milk (500 mg Sesamin, 1 multi Vitamin, 3000 mg Fishoil)

2:00 - Steak and eggs or (equivelent Protein Meal), Veggies

5:00 - Can of Tuna or (equivelent Protein Meal), Veggies, (500 mg Sesamin, 1 multi Vitamin, 3000 mg Fishoil)

5:00-7:00 - 10 g BCAA?s

7:00 - 30g of Whey, 1 piece of fruit

7:30 - (25 mg Ephedra, 200 mg Caffein, and 1000 mg Green Tea Extract)

8:00 - Workout, 25 g BCAA?s and 25 g Simple Carb Drink

10:15 - Post Workout Shake (40g protein, 40g Carbs)

11:30 - Meat and Brown Rice and Barley or (equivelent Protein and Carb meal), Veggies, (500 mg Sesamin, 1 multi Vitamin, 3000 mg Fishoil)

2:00 AM - Bedtime"

Can't find his workout routine. but I'm sure he worked hard and lifted heavy.

In one month, he lost almost 2 kgms a week - that's unbelievable ><
And all he did is a 4.2 mile walk. I walk that far every day to school & back, I don't even consider it cardio as it's so easy and takes me 20-25min one way.

He works out alot does plenty of HIIT and weight lifting. Thats what he just does normally every day.

Based on the poses and the newspapers, he had the confidence to know he could do this. Friggin' amazing! (Of course, in light of the Tour de France fiasco, this would be more believable if it had cycled with 'roids. )

Based on a final bf% of about 8%, he started with 14% bf. There are a few billion men on earth who would die for the body in the first pic.
 
I'm doubting this so badly and i apologize so much...can someone pleaseee say something to convince me this is real lol I mean 30 days it looks like the dude took roids serioulsy idc about any diet not many people can do that
 
It looks like the same guy to me, just by examining the hands and feet I'd say they are either the same man or twins
 
What the heck doubters. The guy only cut 17lbs. Which is really doable. (I am not taking away any of the work and discipline that had to take place to have that happen)

I have seen a lot of people get results like this. He had build the base before the diet I am sure. It is not his first month working out.

I guess I do not understand why some seem to think this is unbelievable.
