I need help! I looked at a few of the forums before I registered and I liked all the advice that was given. I have been struggling with my weight for about 5 years now. I really want to lose weight but I lack the motivation behind it. Over the past few years I have done the gym thing and I lose interest after a few months. I am currently 5ft 3in and approx 265 (I don't like to weigh myself), about 5 years ago I was about 150. I need to lose weight but I don't even know how to start. I would love any advice that you can give me!
My goal would to lose at least 100lbs....I'm not looking to do it all at once. I just want a healthy way to do it, and something that wont' make my skin sag around my stomach and arms....(which by the way are the parts that I dislike the most!)
