Hi, I'm extremely new to this website. I haven't poked around these forums very much but I figured I'd post here first.
I'm 25 and in recovery for an eating disorder. I'm currently working on eating healthy (I think I'm doing okay with this area now!) and exercising (oh god help me). It's taken me a long time to come to terms with the fact that I don't need to lose weight anymore (I'm 5'11" and 140 pounds) so I'm just trying to tone and gain muscle definition.
I'll be honest- I have no idea what the heck I'm doing. We have a weight machine in the back yard but I'm not sure how often I should be using it. Anyway, I look forward to learning many new things about fitness and nutrition here.
