Hello--i'm new...and i need ur help and suggestions...PLEASE :-)

Hello everyone, i am 5'3 and i weigh 134 pounds, i would like to lose no more than ten pounds b4 thanksgiving -- i am VERY VERY active, i play sport year round and lift weights almost everyother day...is this possible to lose this amont? if so what are so ways, cuz in the last 4 months i have gained around 5 pounds and it feels like a lot more than it is! how do u guys lose weight? thanks :confused:

You should have no problem, but you do realize, you will gain that 10 lbs back on thanksgiving day :D

Or maybe thats why you want to lose the weight, BEFORE you gain it? Wow, good strategy ;)

hey there!

Since you're lifting weight maybe it's safe to assume that some of those 5 pounds came from muscle growth. Looks like everything's okay in terms of the exercises.

Maybe you have to look into what you're eating. Eat a lot of greens (vegetables) and other fibrous foods so that you'll be full most of the time. Also, eat 6 times a day in small amounts.

I'm not so sure if you can lose 10lbs by thanksgiving...it really depends on the person's overall state but I'm sure you can lose a lot of pounds by taking the advise above.

Exercise is just a part of the equation :) If you think you're doing well in that section then maybe it's time to look into other things such as your diet (i actually wrote about 3 scenarios on this just check out my site at my profile if you want to check it out or PM me if you have questions)

I am Michael and in a nut shell I have lost 15 lb in 9 days and that was without working out like you do.

I will show you how if you want me to it sounds crazy but it does work look at this link [ and if you are serious and really want to lose those pounds by TG then I can show you how. I am also looking to lose 20lb by TG. I am starting on this monday 11-13-06 and that means I will be done on 11-21-06.
