Hello everyone, i am 5'3 and i weigh 134 pounds, i would like to lose no more than ten pounds b4 thanksgiving -- i am VERY VERY active, i play sport year round and lift weights almost everyother day...is this possible to lose this amont? if so what are so ways, cuz in the last 4 months i have gained around 5 pounds and it feels like a lot more than it is! how do u guys lose weight? thanks
