I just turned 51 and have been overweight most of my life. Ive lost weight before and now, I want to lose the weight steadily and keep it off. Im in the right frame of mind to do it. Right now Im out of work and dont have disposable income however, I dont want to use that as an excuse. Looking for exercise tips I can do at home; I plan to go walking. There is a college near me that is being renovated and once it's done, I plan to find out the gym costs [college gyms tend to be cheaper]..but that'll be a while yet... I found this site and liked the comments so I hope to sit, read and enhance my motivation. I look forward to sharing my journey .... and hearing others that'll give me a boost. I also realise Im going to have to log on even when Im finding it difficult. I dont know how much I weigh and that's deliberate. I must be close to 320 llbs and need to lose minimum 120-130. My height is 5.6 3/4. I dont mind saying I need help ... so any advice is welcome - thanks
