Hi everyone!
I'm Emily and I'm 17 years old. Last summer I gained over 20 pounds. I just can't seem to lose the weight. My required calories for my age,height,gender,and weight is 1895. To lose 1 pound a week I should deduct 500 from 1895. I should be eating 1395 calories a day to lose a pound a week. I hardly ever eat more than this and alot of the time eat even less. I do exercises at home 4 times a week. I have stayed that same weight for over 6 months. I don't know what to do...
