Evening!
I am a Senior in High School who has been basically doing nothing fitness wise all of my life. I constantly go home and loaf around with my friends and girlfriend regularly getting any actual activity done. When it becomes to being fit I really have no clue what to eat or do. I am 6'2 and I weight 159.5 pounds, kind of skinny but I would like to lose some weight around my mid section and thighs. Possibly even gain some muscle on my arms; however, I am really shy about to go to the gym. Anyways, I was wondering if someone could possibly lead me in the right direction. I can become and stay motivated if I have a plan, I am useless without one. Its just the way I operate. In conclusion any help would be greatly appreciated
