I'm new here but not new in weight losing.
I started last Nov. something, worked out everyday(almost) on treadmill for 30min. at avg. speed of 6.5 and 30min of x-trainer random level 15..and someother stuff. And I took a one month break in Dec. and now I'm back and running again
now i'm 229 lbs at 6.1 ft, whichis almost 31 lbs off of my peak of 260 lbs.
Well, so far i'm happy about my result as I lost weight while being able to keep on eating as i used to.
I hope to see u guys often from now

And later on when you want to update you're progress just go to a post that you have posted and click on you're ticker. it will direct you to you're weight loss ticker profile, update it, and it will automatically be updated on here so you don't need to update you're signiture on here everytime you update it on you're ticker.
