I just wanted to pop in and say hi. I am currently ON A DIET but I really hate saying that for fear of sabatoge. I have dropped 12+ pounds and for the first time I am actually having pretty good success! :party:

Thank you! I have 2 little ones and my 5 year old is sick right now so it's very hard to stay on top of my diet but I am trying to my best. Congrats on your weight loss looks like you are almost there. What's your secret?

YES! I'm sure it must be a challenge trying to stick to your diet right now, but don't give in! ^^ Thank you as well. :) Well, I work out every day and try very hard to stick to eating healthy. Not so easy, but since I'm determined to reach my goal, I know I have to do this. And over the last few years, I've changed my lifestyle completely. :D
 
I just went shopping for the first time since I lost my 13+ pounds and wow what a difference. From a size 16 to a size 12 compfortably!!!! I can actually wear tank tops now and not feel like my arms are too big. This puts me back into major weight loss mode. Went and picked up a healthy roast chicken (of course without the yummy skin) and brocoli for dinner. I also discovered a nice treat at McDonalds that is only 3 points. Their vanilla softserve ice cream cone. Seems it is reduced fat formula and it is excellent for when you just have to have a treat (you know) once in a while.;)
