hi all,well heres my mini stroy
im having real truble with my weight if i eat a normal diet
ie: fruit for breakfast small amount
a sensable lunch fish with potatos and loads of veg
then a small snack sandwhich or a sald for a light dinner
i dont drink alchol i dont eat any junk food at all i have one cuppa tea in the morning which contains one suger and my milk is skimmed
but if i eat as much as the above i put on nearly a pound a day and im not kidding u
to keep my weight stable or to even lose a pound i have to eat 800 cal a day
or less even some days i dont eat at all im starting to obbsess over food and the amount im eating its driving me nuts
my body seems to be slow my speach and im always realy sleepy although i get more than enough sleep
now to my workouts
i work out 2 to 3 hours a day 5 or 6 days a week i start at 8 oclock and somtimes finish at 12
i do have kids so do have to stop and see to them sometimes
my workouts
warm up 5 to 10 mins
then streachs
fall on cardio for an hour an half
then weights
for half an hour
then i work on my middle
which include sit ups leg raise even side leg raise plus much more
then warm down
but its doing nothing at all no weightloss i feel crap and i look like crap too
if i stop or slow down my work outs i put on weight fast
im on the slimfast plan which has made me put on weight so now im just have the shakes 3times a day and thats it and that makes my weight stay the same even with my workout
some one help me out please as im realy stuck and dont know whot to do
i just need to get rid of a stone is all and get my eating normal without ganing weight
im 10st4 and 5 foot 8 i wont to be back to my normal size of 9st 4
