hello everyone :D

hello my names tony im 19 yrs old and 6'8" , im hopein to learn some new cardio workout routines to help boost my body into losein fat. i weigh about 380lbs right now im not all fat i usto workout more but i would just lift heavy and pretty much eat junkfood xD ( great plan i know lol ) but im ready to learn and get into better shape because im way too young to be unhealthy. so any advice would be awsome :D

6'8"!! Wow, that must mean you can carry off 380lbs a little better than most.
Do you have any idea of what kind of weight you'd like to get to?
