Heeeeeeelp!

I don't know why it doesn't work for me any more.
Well, usually in the summer time, running can help me a LOT on weight losing...but this winter, it really is not that helpful...

why why why why why so? :(

Whoooooa~ i hate this...i run for 3 days and then take 1 day off...30-40 mins per time...why so?

i've been running for more than a week now....
 
Hmm.. do you expect to lose weight by JUST running in one week? You also have to watch your calories, eat the ridight foods and some some other excersise. Running is the 2nd best cardio workout there is (to swimming) but it won't solve all your problems especially in a short time. You should set monthly goals of a few pounds and try to modify your diet (no junk food, sweets etc).
