Heavy or light for cutting?

Trying to cut up, I have a pretty good base to start from, have been working out for the past 4 months. Should I be doing more reps with lighter weight? I have been doing 3 sets, 7-9 reps/set. should I increase this to 4-5 sets of 15-20 reps/set?
 
heavy!
its always good to throw in some high rep exercises here and there, but mainly keep it heavy.
It will save your strength and muscles.
Just be sure to have a good diet and take proper post-workout macronutrients.
