Ok. So I workout whenever time allows. Usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My husband tells me to go whenever I can, he even tells me to go in between jobs. I try to spend at least an hour or more at the gym when I do get to go. During the day I am on my feet for minimum ten to twelve hours. I work at Subway so moving and running back and forth through the store is something that happens frequently. My ideal weight to start is actually 220lbs. This is what I weighed throughout High School and it worked. This will only be 35lbs. Small start, short goal and when reached maybe go for more. But first start here. At the gym I usually start with the tread mill for 30 min. the do upper body and legs workout. I love the ab machines. Then I havr recently added the bike to end of my workout for 10-20 mins. This part not my favorite. I originally came to this site to get advice on a workout routine, to see if there was something else I could do to make it better. Any helpful hints would be much appreciated.
