Hi,
i have today decided to start a journal to keep track of my losses to hopefully keep me motivated :)

im 27, 5ft 7 and weigh 14st 13lb (209lb) and im hopeing to lose 55lb taking me down to 11 stone which is what i was before i fell pregnant with my 1st kiddie (154lb) :)

my main reason for weight gain has been having 5 kids in 8 years :) i love my 5 sons but now hate my body :(well except my boobs lol :)

ive taken up swimming for an hour twice a week went for first time last night and managed 50 lengths but obviously hope to improve ob that, would like to go more but its hard finding a sitter as the kids dad also comes with me! ive invested in a excercise bike so i can easily go on it whilst at home and also have a stepper that im going to dig out!!

my diet isn't to bad cereal for breakfast, then usually salad sandwich on wholemeal bread and then something like chicken with salad or tuna jacket potato with salad for tea! my main downfall is snacking lol with 5 boys all under 8 there is plenty of yummy treats to be found in our kitchen which are to easy to dip in to! i'm finding them easier and easier to resist tho as ive been losing weight these past few week, ive lost 8 lbs so its really motivated me to say NO!!! lol

anyway any advice or tips are very very welcome!

WoW 5 boys in 8 years!!!! Magnificent!! You must get the run around?? With your exercise routine, eating better, and chasing after 5 boys, I know you will get to the weight you want to be at!!

yea they are a bit of a handful, but at least my days are never boring :p lol
