So, not that I had a lot of weight to lose, I was 5 foot 10-1/2 inches, and weighed, about 190ish (give or take a couple of pounds). But, over the last 10 years (I'm 45), didn't really exercise much.
Anyway, some minor pains started happening (at night, trying to get up from the sofa!), and decided at the end of January to join a gym - since I get a discount from my employer.
Well, 6 months later, I've lost almost 30 lbs - I didn't think I needed to lose more than 10!! I only dieted (calorie restriction) for 8 weeks, after that, it was just eating healthy.
Anyway, I seem to keep losing 1-2 lbs per month, and I thought I'd level out. But, this morning I stepped on my scale and it was 159, so, I really don't want to go less. But its not that I'm over-exercising (45-60 min, 4 x a week), or eating less (I eat when I'm hungry, but only healthy food, no crap).
Opinions?
I feel great (and have to say to toot my own horn - look the best I've ever looked in my life).
