Health is one of those assets whose value we begin to recognize only when we have lost it. Here are a few easy tips to maintain your health creatively.
- Walk at least two or three flights of stairs before you step into a lift at home or office.
- Do some exercises or walk on the treadmill even as you watch TV.
- Cut down on the harmful foods- sweets, cheese and deep fried food for example.
- Cut down on tea and coffee.
- Eat a few small meals a day rather than a heavy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Peope who live long and healthy lives reveal that they lived on frequent but small meals of salads, fruits and vegetables only.
