I figured this was the easiest way to track goals and progress as I journey to lose my last 10-20 pounds and find balance in my life.

I weigh almost daily so will post losses (or gains), as well as exercise and compliance.

My plan is simple` eat clean and exercise. I am allowing myself 1-2 mild free meals a week if I feel I need/want them.

This week, I am going to be 100% compliant until Sunday, when I have an event. If I need a free meal then, I will take it...again, key word is MILD.

Goals 10/13-10/17
~ see a change on the scale
~ 3 cardio and 1 weight workout
~ stick to nutrition plan I have written out daily
~ no grazing between meals and no binging

Here's to change :cheers2:

Well, yesterday wasnt great, but it wasnt awful either. I ended up eating at 11pm, and not healthy foods :blush5: ! I need to STOP that. Needless to say day 1 wasnt compliant and my weight stayed the same. Im having such a hard time!

Date_____Weight________Exercise__________________Compliance
10/13____start__________35 minute cardio___________No
10/14____same

It's probably not a good idea to weigh yourself daily. You can get bogged down if it's gone up too much. A couple of times a week is all that is necessary: IMO.

Anyway, good luck.

Don't worry. One slip here or there won't hurt you. What you eat is key. Try focusing on eating single ingredient foods.

Thank you. I weigh daily to track the fluctuations actually. I usually take a weekly average to see my losses/gains for the week. I know my weight can actually go up or down a few pounds daily so I dont let it bother me, as long as the trend is in the right direction
