Reached my mini goal! I am just below 70kg (154.3lb) I wanted to reach until New Years but I guess my weight loss is slowing down. I am still sooooo happy I haven't seen this number on my scale for a long long time!!

Feeling fat and bloated, my face is all inflamed around my mouth, I'm lazy, I don't do any exercises or even leave the house if I don't really have to..
Having a bad few days..
Still doing my vegan thing but I am not really on a diet.. I really eat too much, I don't eat sugar and processed foods but still.. My boyfriend and I are just about to move in together and as soon as the last box is unpacked I am ''starting over''.. I need a clean slate. More veggies, less pasta and bread.
I won't post my menus as they are just useless.. I will weigh in tomorrow to make sure I'm not gaining weight!
After losing some more and being really happy about it I did a bit too much ''healing with food'' It was my birthday this weekend and I overdid it. I gained 3 pounds back in an instant.. Very weird. I am back on track but I should be more active, I abandoned my walking and exercising I did 20 minutes on the stair master today. Waiting for more motivation so I start doing pilates again!
Still here, still eating right. I've hit a plateau but I am happy with the fact I did not gain anything back. I used to yo yo all the time. I've started exercising more and lowering my carbs by eating more vegetables. I hope I can get out of the 150s soon. Fingers crossed!
I couldn't resist weighing myself this morning and I'm so glad I did I think I've broken out of my plateau! I know weight fluctuates so it's not official yet but I am so happy I am below 150lb !!
Still celebrating my weight loss I think the plateau was a good thing, my body had time to adjust to it's new lighter self and is now prepared to shed some more pounds

hips 38.2'' - 35.5''
thigh 24.4'' - 23.6''
The last measurements are from December.. Nothing drastic as you can see.. My thigh fat is really stubborn. Don't have that much around my waist.. It's just how I'm built.
I guess exercise is the key.. But I'm so lazy
I don't know why but my weight is going up.. I am eating right and staying active (walking and riding my bicycle everyday).. I hope it's just water retention or something. Last week I seemed I lost weight but today I am back at the beginning
So lame..
I am 4 pounds away from my mini goal and the progress is sooooo slooooooow.. I know it's healthier to lose weight slowly but I would just once like to achieve a mini-goal. I don't expect to reach it in 10 days but I would like to reach it until May 12. Thats in 3 weeks, but I still don't think I'll make it..
