Actually, it's not really 'after' yet, but I'll be there soon.
The weight loss process lasted from April to July 2007. Since July I stopped trying because I didn't have the time to exercise 3-4h/day, but instead it went down to about 5-10min/day and I just paid more attention to what I eat, so I managed to lose some more (15-20lb) during the following months, even if not as much as I wanted.
