ok guys i think im guna have to seriously change my goal to get to 199 by may 1st. Theres 4 weeks, so that makes it 5.5lbs a week which im guessing is way to high of an expectation :( although i would really love to do it :( im going to see what my weigh in is next time i weigh in with the nurse which should be next monday and let ya all know about that goal of mine. :D
 
Ok Tanya Dont Get Yourself Down Just Make A Reasonable Goal And If Ya Beat It You Will Feel Lots Better! You Can Do This Keep Your Chin Up Girlfriend It Is A Slow Process Sometimes!

I've been hiding out a little since I have no real news to report. I'm waiting for my scale to confirm the 208 I saw this morning, but until I see it twice in a row, I don't believe it. I'll let you know tomorrow. Good job to everyone else though, you're zipping along just fine.

And Summer, 5.5 pounds a week might not be the healthiest goal. Shoot for 2 pounds a week (3 if you have a lot to go), if you do better, great. But we want to do this in a healthy and maintainable way, right? So don't do too much too fast and just keep reminding yourself that every day is an improvement and to be happy for manageable and sustainable weight loss, not some miracle. We didn't gain it overnight (although sometimes it may seem that way) and we can't expect to lose it overnight & still be healthy. We do want to be healthy, right? What good is being skinny if you're on your deathbed?
 
Someone tell me it's ok to eat the whole wheat bagel calling my name!! It's like my favorite thing in the world and I haven't had one in over a week! I had one serving of lasagna for lunch, shake for breakfast and dinner, carrots for snack and half a bag of the low fat popcorn for a snack. I am not even hungry but I just WANT it!!! Oh and I know that's not exactly the healthiest stuff to eat... but I really hate veggies and fruits. I have been eating grapes though...
 
save that bagel and have it as a treat for when you have lost some weight at your next weigh in! Thats what im doing. When i go to my weigh ins and have lost some weight (my next one is monday!!! :D) i will allow myself something i have not eaten all week. Its a good goal to keep you focused. "if i lose even just 1lb i can have that scrumptious bagel" lol but dont go no further than that. one treat is enough and then get right back to the healthy eating! :D:D
 
Hope Your Doing Good Leave That Bagel Or Cut It Into Pieces And Eat A Piece!

Its The Rice Diet That Secretly Size 7 Has Posted In Her Diary And She Lost A Lot In 7 Days Like 15 Or 16 Pounds Its Amazing And I Think I Can Do It !

Sorry guys! I was trying to wait up on my husband and it just kept bugging me and bugging me... so I ate it. Atleast it was whole wheat... lol.

And get this, my husband didn't get home till 3 am (police officer) so I stayed up for nothing. If I would of just gone to bed I wouldn't of eaten the bagel. But that was the last one so atleast I don't have the temptation anymore.
 
Hey, it's okay. Minor set back. I had a major dinner disaster. It's a long story and I won't bore you with the details but anyways, I hope everyone is doing good.

Maybe next time you can just throw that stupid thing away! :p Just jokes... :)

hey guys...just wanna say congrats on everyones success...as for me, i need to reevaluate my diet plan...i was so happy to be losing so much weight and i got a little greedy and cut my calories down even further...dont ask how low...and anyways i got weak and sick and it got to my head and my family and husband decided to run some kind of intervention on me all dramatic so now im on diet probation back to eating way more than i feel i should so im bummed...but im still gonna reach my goal by june 1st...
 
Sally, so sorry to hear about that. Husbands are pesky aren't they? But, you're back on track. If you stop losing weight go back to what you were doing before you went really low. That will mix it up and jump start it again. Good luck.

I blew it two days this weeks. I was terrible. :(

I started the rice diet yesterday. The first day I wasn't hungry. Now, I am starving. I am not going to eat anything. I am going to do this. I haven't weighed yet. I want to wait until at least Sunday and see how it goes.

Every one has slip ups. We are all doing great. Let's all keep it up.

We can do this.
