I weighed in at 191 pounds, so I didn't reach my goal, though I knew it'd be hard. So, let's reevaluate my goals :p Alright, still going for 189 by April 15, 2006. I have one more week!
 
congrats everyone on your weight losses this week!! I can't wait to get down under 200. When I was weighing 130 and such I remember thinking, man how can anyone weigh 200 pounds!!

well, lol, here I am!! I guess I just never thought that it could happen to me. But it did and now I have to do something about it!
 
Nenarene, I know exactly what you're talking about. I used to weigh 115lbs. My mother always weighed over 200lbs, and I always wondered why she let herself weigh that. I never understood, but now I do. We'll get there again.

I just weighed in this morning, Ive had one of my biggest weight loss weeks ever (6 lbs)....of course it was right after my biggest slump ever. I weighed in at 210. Only a measly 10 lbs to go to hit the one hundreds. I was starting to think that my goal wasn't going to happen, but I think its still possible. I'm happy, I hope you all are doing well too! :D

I've been on the Rice Diet for 3 days. I have lost 4 pounds. But, I messed around and gained 7 pounds. :( I think I satisfied all my cravings. I certainly hope I did. I have this addiction to the China Star Chinese Buffet. I have fallen in love with crab rangoons. :) I was hungry the first couple of days. I haven't been today. I think I can do this. It's so easy to follow. Tomorrow I get back to walking. My best friend has a bowflex and a treadmill. So, I am going to start going over there during the day when she is at work. Then I don't have to join the gym. That helps my finances. :D
 
Ok We Are All Gonna Do This And I Am Back On Ww And I Am Drinking Water And Getting 4 Tablespoons Of Vinegar In A Day If At All Possible It Helps You Lose Weight!
 
alright guys i stayed the same weight at my weigh in - its so damn annoying!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :( so redneck woman my goal now is 215 by may 1st :D

I'm dying to hear more about this. If anyone has read more about how this vinegar thing works, let me know where. I've made a hobby of following these trends and seeing which ones stick & which ones don't. There are a few that actually work, and I'm compiling a list! I'll have a weight update tomorrow, I'm trying desperately to catch up with HypoHippo (we're 6 pounds apart right now). She's teasing me with that ticker of hers!
 
If you search for weighloss + vinegar it gives lots of articles and websites that say it does help and a lot that says it doesn't. All of them say it won't hurt you though.
