HI! Can I join in this late?

If I can, I want to be there by July 28. Is that reasonable? That means I would have to consistantly loose about 3 lbs a week.

Well just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I went today and talked to my Nutrionist also weighed in and I am now 202 so that is 3 pounds lost since my last weigh in! 3 more to go and I will be in onederland :)
Put me down for 3 pounds by May 12, that gives me 2 whole weeks so I am going to push myself hard and lose that 3 pounds so I can feel better than I already do now! Hope everyone is staying on track, keep up the good work guys..

Ya know, 2 weeks ago I didn't think I'd make my goal. I know, depressing. BUT! I weighed in this morning at 283 pounds! A 5, I'll say it again, 5 pound loss this week! I've got to lose four more pounds by this coming Saturday. What I find really strange about the weightloss is that I didn't feel I did good at all, but I guess I did. :D Good luck to everyone!

Thanks for the postive motivation. I have fallen off the wagon a bit but am excited to get back on and head for the 100s. Yeahhhh!

Well, obviously I am going to have to change my goal date. April 19th (my birthday :D ) has come and gone and I am NOT at 199. :rolleyes: Maybe by Mother's day? When is that anyway? I will be so glad when I can exercise again. Maybe then I will actually see some results! :rolleyes:
 
Hi everyone, I'm one of those who went careening off the wagon, just before the wagon flew off a cliff, hit the ground, and exploded. Can I get on one of your wagons instead? :D Anyway, I'm back now, and I'll weigh myself later tonight or tomorrow morning and confess then. Just so there's no shock, I just want everyone to be alerted that I am almost certainly heavier than I left here two weeks ago (if that's even when it was, hell, it coulda been 3 weeks for all I know). I'm horrified, cranky, upset, mad, determined to turn it around, and all that, but there it is. It's May 1st, I don't have a clue how much I weigh, and I'm dreading the reckoning w/ my scale. I still have the same goal, but now a much shorter time to accomplish it. I'll try though. I'll check in tomorrow. Please don't throw rocks at me, I'm sorry for not taking care of myself!
 
I weighed in this morning at 207. I'm not changing my ticker yet because (I don't want to be depressed about it and...) I'm going to wait to see if it sticks for 2 days. That's my rule anyway, if I weigh that for 2 days, then it's official. Plus that gives me a chance to really focus on my exercise and shed that pound again before I'm forced to change my ticker.

We gotta get beachcomergal in here, she's only a pound behind me, and that means she's headed for the hundreds too. I'll put a bug in her log...
