Heading 4 And Reaching The 100's!

hey guys!!
sorry i havent been around lately got uni exams and alot on to do. but i have been to a weigh in today and since the 10th april i've lost 5lbs! :D i wasnt expecting to lose anything. thats just over a pound a week which the nurse says is an ok amount to lose and a good pace to lose it at.

just thought i'd update ya all! hehe im going to be in my 100's by the end of may. another 20lbs to go! omg!

Although im confident its going to come off as i have now started exercise. bought myself a skipping rope and im going on 100minute walks up hill and down 3 times a week. :D

Hello all!!! I am in utter shock here! All week long I have been fighting myself thinking I wasn't going to loose any weight before this weigh-in. I am always stepping on the scale but I wasn't seeing any pounds lost...until this morning. -4lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stood on that scale as many ways as I possibly could but it stayed the same!!! I am sooooo excited!!! I don't know how it happened because it seemed I had a lot of "no-no's" this week. I was so dissapointed about it all week. LOL! Silly me!
 
Tomorrow's my weigh in day. I'm hoping for a good, 2-4 pound loss. I mean, I'm not getting my hopes up persay, but that would be great with the running I've been doing. :D If I lose four pounds I'll be at my 179 pound goal and then I'll be heading for 169!!

Yay for Eric! :) I weighed this morning with another 3 pounds gone! That puts me at 180 pounds. My goal was 179 but I feel that I basically reached that. So, what'd I'd like to do is just go right into heading for 169. Why spend another week trying to get to 179 when I'm positive that I will reach it within the next two or three days anyhow. :p So, my official goal:

Ocire=169 pounds by June 10**Current Weight 180 -19.5
 
Great Job bep & Eric! I'm still 7 pounds from 199, and lord knows how many from my end goal (is it 17?) I'm also leaving for Mexico in less than 2 weeks and not feeling so good about that beach business yet. I've got to have the best 1 1/2 weeks of my life here... wish me luck.
 
Hey everyone! Unfortunately, I am STILL not out of the 200s yet. I'm actually back up to 205. :( But good news is my leg is almost completely healed and I can start using my treadclimber again as long as I don't overdo it. :)
 
YEAH!!! Congrats on being able to exercise again HH, you're gonna do GREAT now! (please don't overdo it, just a little at a time at first). I'll race you to the hundreds. I'm a pound over you still, and I'm fighting for every pound lost since I'm only 17 pounds from my goal. You can't exercise that much yet, but any little bit you can do now will really zip up your metabolism after having been restricted in you movement for so long. Let's go!

Thanks for such a warm welcome... I'm really thinking that I can get back to ONEDERLAND before June 15....

In the past I have tried crazy dieting like Atkins and that never works for me. I'm doing moderate calorie intake and only eating lean proteins, light dairy, whole grains and fruits and veggies and it's working amazingly well. Plus I am nursing a 5 month old and that alone burns about 500 calories a day.

Well everyone...it appears that my honeymoon is over. :( After 3 weeks in a row of loosing 4 lbs each week....

WEIGH IN DAY: -0 LBS LOST :mad:


Ok...so....honeymoon is over. Now time to get to the real work! I think this is the period most people give up on a diet...I WILL NOT FALL FOR THAT!!!! It is more important now than ever for me to be strong!!!

From now on, I will expect to see more of 1 - 2 lbs lost each week instead of 3 or 4 since I am out of that "starting new diet" faze.
 
Do Not Give Up Just Hang In And It Will Move Down Also Try To Mix It Up Trick Your Body Like 1200 Then 1000 Then 1100 If Ya Do That You Wont Stay Plateaued So Long Believe Me!!!!!!!!! You Have The Right Attitude You Can And Will Stick To This!
 
you have a great attitude....you aren't always going to drop weight so quickly

I have been having an awesome week of weight loss, I love it but do not expect it to stay this rapid.

Keep a positive attitude on your path to fitness!!!!
