I don't know what the exact biological reason is, but if i want to lose wieght and if i try the weight just comes off and stays off, like one week i decided to put some extra effort in, and i dropped like 5 lbs, and then i continue to eat normally and the 5 lbs stays dropped =|
i guess each body works differently, girls store fat more because they have to give birth and feed children and stuff? for a bio student I should probably know this lol.. but in the end, yes not fair
but im far off, dont worry, i just wanna see where i stand at the end of this 2 week challenge thing :|
thing i can lose 8 lbs and make it into the 20's :O
