OK...I think some of you'alls official weigh-in days are Fridays, so let me know here so I can record your losses!

Yes I'd like to join. Current weight 211lb. I'm hoping to be on the onedercloud by 1/9/06.

BTW males lose weight faster because of their muscle mass and lower body fat percentage. Muscle burns more cals.

I am 213.4 (97kg) at the moment. I was hoping to get below 200 by the middle of August but something happened involving some mozzerella and salami sandwiches, among other things, that put me behind schedule. I have lost the binge gain and now am back on track.

Onward to onederland!

Nemesis, you asked about what onederland means to different people. For me it signals the time when I want to really up my physical activity. I used to race bicycles back in the day. When I get to the 190s I want to start riding again and increase the duration and intensity of my exercise. I want to reclaim myself and my life. Cycling again will go a long way to making me feel that I regaining a lost life, a lost self.
