Thank you very much!! I can't wait til I hit 199!! I am going to throw a big party. (with lots of veggies and fresh fruit to eat :))
 
Ok. So I really really want to be a part of this club but the paranoid part of me thinks that if I join it now I'll jinx myself for my Friday weigh-in where I should be at 199.5 *crosses fingers* I'll just lurk until then...then we can have a party if I make it!
 
Thanks for adding my name. No change in my weight today but I think good things will be happening soon. (I am one of those people that weighs everyday, by the way)
 
LOL BigBear...so am I....several times a day in fact!

Bad habit, I know....but it helps to keep me motivated and understand my personal fluctuations. When I get to a maintenance level, I will change to once a week, but for now, I don't see a problem with it.
 
I am the same way. Weighing everyday helps me keep track of what I am doing and lets me see the results of my actions in an immediate fashion. I went out of town for a few days and couldn't weigh myself. Lo and behold, I had gained weight over the course of the trip. I weigh myself all the time but I don't let the local fluctuations get me down. I take the morning weigh-in as the official number. I have weekly goals as well but let's not talk about far behind I have fallen.:eek:
 
Weighing yourself is an addiction that I have also! I have a lot of trouble staying off the scale! I have to agree with you Bep... I weigh myself a few times ove the course of the day. I try not to but I can't seem to help it!!
 
lol, u guys are worse than crack addicts! At least I can make money off the addicts! :p

you guys have to stop! there is a cool little feeling u get on friday morning after a week of working hard and then u see ur results :)

of course.. if u've been slacking like someone *cough* then u might not see the best results :(

time to step it up so i can see the 220's
 
haha, I weigh in every time i go to the gym - I dont own any scales. I refuse to buy any! I go to the gym 4 times a week currently - should be making it 6 times a week fairly soon (waiting to give the body a chance to get into it more)

HAHAHAHA!! Oh Bep, I feel as though we will definately lose more than him. I believe that feeling is much better than the feeling you get when you weigh yourself once a week! :)

it's this new confidence I have in myself, kinda takes the drive to work away haha... but no =| i must beat bep and hf2006.. mean girls!

im gonna use the fact that men lose weight faster to my advantage =D
go biology. :)
