I was a lurker for a long time as well, so I know how scary it can be to post, but it's great you did! Your transformation is just awesome and I wish you continued success! I have no doubt your pictures and story will motivation not just one, but many people on this forum!

Oh, and question - what specifically do you do for your cardio aspect? I have the opposite problem where I love the cardio, but the weight lifting is something I still need to work on.

Thank you so much for your kind words!!!!! I really do hope to motivate others, as have others done for me in the past.


For my cardio, I usually do it at a gym. Generally 30 minutes on any of the cardio machines. And I hate it the entire time lol. I am just really unfit in that aspect, and bringing my heart rate up makes me panic a bit...but I know that it is so good for me to do, so I push through it the best I can. What kind of cardio do you do?


Perhaps I will look into classes or something in the future, but Id like to get my cardio abilities up a bit more lol
 
AAt first I hated cardio too, especially when I was obese, when I first started.it was hard and a chore.try and make it fun.I still coundnt fo cardio at the gym.I bought a bike to ride to the gym.I killed two birds with ove stone that way.also it's fun to ride around town.a couple weeks ago I ride 40 miles through 3 cities.and had a blast.great job in what you've accomplished!
