have lost 6 pounds.now i need help

sense my last post i have lost 2 more pounds so that makes a total of 6 pounds so far. i have recently started to walk my dog for about an hour a day everyday, it helps me get some exercise and helps him gets some to. today my dad took me to sports chalet to buy a jump rope and im planning to jump rope for an hour everyday as well. do you think that if i jump rope , walk every day and have a good diet i can see more results. im not expecting to lose a lot all at one but a good pound a week would be good.

Jump rope for an hour? Heck yeah! That's great excerise, I can't do that.

I do biking and that helps me . But it took awhile to get used to it. At first it was very hard. After awhile though, it got alot easier.

Great job on the weight loss! I heard every lb lost is a tremendous amount of pressure off your joints. I was watching Dr.Oz and a lb of fat looks huge!
 
jump roping is great for you! And walking your dog too!
I think you'll be able to lose weight if you stick to it!
Also if you're looking for another "fun " way to lose weight, try hula-hooping!
