Hey everyone, I've never been a gym person, just the regular stuff, never with huge muscles. I've been using the MAX-OT program, for 13 weeks, and I've only gained 1 1/2" in arms. Is this normal, little or a lot for 13 weeks of weight lifting?
One thing I know is that from the first week till now I am able to lift wayyyyyyyy more weight than I could have imagined.
