So, I just measured 3 women today, calculating their body fat.
It might sound bizarre, but so far I had only measured athletes or people very close to athletic body fat. These ladies were nothing like that and had a lower body measurement (you know the one in the mid thigh on the 7-site) of around 30mm. brrrr.
What bothers me is that all three of them had very hard skin+fat+water+god knows what mixture of a fold. It looked like really hard fat (sounds bad but no other way to explain) and it was really impossble to separate fat from muscle.
Any idea how to fix that. Would fat loss influence the appearance of that or will it result in just smaller but same texture thighs.
Anyone had a client with similar problem? How did you work on it?
