Hand grips

Yes. Those are probably the best way. I just bought a a pair 2 days ago. I bought them cheap. And as a result, they have HORRIBLE grips. Very painful. Buy quality ones friend.. -_-''

I went to Big 5 and bought the one that has a rope attached and you can hook up weights to it. It works my forearms sooo well. I only have to put a 2.5 # dumbbell on it too haha.

Damn thats impressive, I was reading that most people can't close a #3 using both hands and their upper body for leverage!

check out its a wild little gyroscopic rotor, and you just make a kind of 'stirring motion' with your hand. If you can rap it up to 15,000 rpm, its exerting about 40 pounds of force on your wrist, and thus your forearm muscles.

Its somewhere between a toy, and a grip conditioning tool. We pass it around my office (I own one) and have contests for highest rpm, most rotations in 30 seconds, etc.

My time schedule is a bit weird. When I say close, I'm referring to a 6-12 month time frame more than likely; I'm not exactly the most dedicated to working with them.
