Well,last year at this time I had 55 kg and I will do it again!!!
Plan of exercises:running 45 minutes per day or 1 hour driving a bicycle ; walking 5 hours per day ; 4 karate trainings
Food:without sugar,fat,brad,potato,fruit after 5 o'clock ; more vegetables(tomato,cucumber...) 5 meals per day
