Here are the nutrition and diet plans I used during the 50 days, they are the winning Workout program and nutrition plan in a competition for "Best 8 week program for summer ready body" at Bodybuilding.com, I edited the nutrition program to fit me the best. And almost every morning, I drank 1 cup of decaf coffee before eating anything and did crosstrainer for 20 minutes (longer than 20minutes is recommended to maximize your fatburning, but I did 20 minutes to avoid getting bored)
