Hey guys whats up im new to the forums and thought id seek a little advice, im currently attending college and taking a personal trainers class were in our prevenative fitness and muscle awarness cycle right now and as part of a project for class each student is to come up with a workout for the class (about a size of 8-12 depending on the day) my day to lead the class on a workout program is in 4 days, it needs to be around 45m - 1h long in it i need to involve a warmup, the workout, a cool down, and some stretching. Was looknig for some advice on a program i can run with a group this size, any circuit training or weight stations would work the school has a gym and equipment, and we also have a yard outside to workout in, any advice would be helpfull and if u could put in the amounts of sets/reps or how long each exercise/warmup should take and an average for the whole program just so i could have an idea what im looking at and what i need to fill in for time id appreciate thanks alot guys.
