Okay. Here we go. I'm 140 pounds, overweight, and very disappointed in the way I look. I really need support and I hope that here is where I can find it. I just want to be able to look in the mirror and not want to cry. I'm 140 now, but just about a month ago I was 150. So I have made some progress. My goal weight is 125. I've got a ways to go.
TODAY:
For breakfast I had 1 egg and an egg white with 3 pieces of turkey bacon. Then I went to the gym and did 2 miles on the exercise bike and 2 miles on the tread climber.
I'm not sure what is for lunch yet...hehe.
