Hello everyone,
Uh well...I might as well start by telling you all a little about myself. I'm a 30 y/o male living in Alberta, Canada. I've always had a sweet tooth and a tendency to over indulge. I've had my share of addictions, but I think food was the first and will probably be the hardest one to tame.
Right now I'm in the 250 - 260 pound range, I'm 5'11 and have a large build. For the most part I'm not all that concerned about my appearance, my real fear is what my diet is doing to my health. I know that I'm quickly heading down the road to a list of diseases if I don't change the way I eat.
This is what I've eated today:
20 donut holes w/XL coffee (1 cream)
1 box of kraft mac & cheese
1 cheeseburger
10 sausage rolls
1 large slurpee
1 large bag of chips (280 g bag)
This is not a typical day, but most days are not much better. I'm surprised I don't weigh more than I do considering how I eat, and I can't imagine what this crap is doing to my body everyday.
I went for 1/2 hour jog tonight, my first in about 4 or 5 days. I felt like crap the whole time, all I could think about was how gross junk food makes me feel.
At any rate I'll try to do better tomorrow diet wise. Thank you for taking the time to read this post.
Greg
