Long time lurker...first time poster. I'm a 19 year old female looking to make a lifestyle change for good. I'm pretty much fed up about the extra poundage I keep packing on. If I keep it up I know I will have health issues in the future. I've worked out on and off in the past weight-lifting and such but my weak spot always seemed to be my diet. I hope I can figure something out that would work out for me.
Well anyways there is an awesome wealth of information on here as well as friendly and inspiring folks! I look forward to becoming a part of the community!
