Hi there!

So, I was a member here awhile back. Due to whatever reason I wasn't very motivated and slacked off. However, I am back now. I'm a sophomore in college and I just moved into my first apartment. So now this is completely on me. I buy my own food and manage my own time. Even more, I got a free gym membership with my enrollment in school. I think that's so cool that they encourage us to be healthy by giving us that. I am a much happier person when I'm healthy. I can tell that things in my daily life are just "off" because I'm not taking care of myself. My relationships are suffering as is my motivation. But I know that I can change all of that. So I plan to.

Goals:
-Regulate my eating
-Up my water intake
-Workout at least three times a week
-Stay on top of my studies
-Get a job

Those are just a few goals to start off with. I am ready to do this.
 
We're on the same track ! I'm so much happier when I'm healthy too, not to mention the energy; it's amazing. I just started my journal here (2nd time too) just a couple of weeks ago and the exercise is slowly starting to fit in.

Yay for makin' changes ! :party:
