Good Workout?

Hey,

Im a 14 year old guy and would like to get a little bit bigger over the summer (Upper Body)/abs. Unfortunately, I'll only be limited to bodyweight training. Can anyone give me a good routine to go off of? (I can do like 25 pushups in one go and am in decent shape ((a bit skinny)) ).
 
Execute each work out to be able, getting no relax between workouts.
Do either the variety of repetitions mentioned, or as many repetitions as you can in the time mentioned.
Once you have finished one complete routine, relax for one moment before beginning over again.
Do two circuits in complete.
