good routine?

i was wondering, if anyone out there has a good routine for someone to gain weigh and muscle?

I have a weight bench and dumbbells and im planning on getting barbells later this month maybe.

does anyone have any suggestions. I am really concered about working out my arms and chest.
 
There loads of exercises you can do with dumbells and a bench, although the major problem is you are limited to the weight of those dumbells.

Check out the Exercises section on bodybuilding.com and youll find many things you can try for biceps, triceps, chest etc.
You can also do your abs, and legs too - the list is prety much endless, so check out that site. :)

Eat lots of carbs and protein, and have rest days so youre body can recover. Dont underestimate how much rest you need, and how much protein you need too :)
